WHITE WINE

2015 Top Cream Chardonnay

This is one of the most beloved Chardonnays from Santa Barbara County, and for good reason: Bryan Babcock manages to imbue his wine with buttery richness yet also balance it with acidity and smoke. Honeysuckle, almond and Gravenstein apple aromas lead into energetic yet creamy marshmallow and poached pear flavors, all cut with citrusy acidity.

2015 Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay

This appellation blend from Bryan Babcock is flamboyant on the nose, showing lime blossom, honeysuckle, wet cement and peach aromas. There's a great sizzle of acidity and pithy grip to the palate, supporting its strong stone fruit flavors.

2016 Grapehunters Chardonnay

Our GrapeHunters Pinot Noir, now has a really tasty, really affordable, charity supporting new mate. It comes from a number of good vineyards; Rancho Sisquoc, Huber, Rita’s Crown, and Babcock Estate, so the razor sharp, stainless fermented fruit should not surprise you. The GrapeHunter has drawn his bow. His aim for this delicious little cuvee is to have it flow like water. So lift your glasses, top off your bota bags, fill your swimming pools, and give a nudge to at risk kids in the Santa Barbara area.

2016 Soulstruck Sauvignon Blanc

Single Vineyard, Babcock Estate Grown, This wine has a lovely pear, apricot nose. The first taste is crisp, and clean with subtle minerality. Mid-palate you get the fruit with a sorbet feel, as it finIshes with a soft creamy lemon meringue.

RED WINE

2014 Deja' Vu Pinot Noir

Bryan Babcock heads to Bentrock Vineyard on the southwestern edge of the appellation to deliver this wine redolent of red cherry, plum, mulberry, peppery spice and sagebrush. The palate is rich and full bodied, with tangy red plum skin and eucalyptus touches, finishing on a fresh, menthol-like note.

2014 Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir

Bryan Babcock makes plenty of more expensive Pinot Noirs, but this appellation blend hits all the right notes and shows off the results of the “pedestular cane suspension” technique he's been using in the vineyard. Wild thyme, sagebrush and bay leaf meet cranberry and slate aromas on the nose. Black raspberry and cranberry flavors lead the earthy palate, accented with nettle and peppercorn.

2015 Rita's earth Pinot Noir

Rita’s Earth is our tribute to Saint Rita, patron saint and namesake of our appellation, the Sta. Rita Hills. At first attack this wine boasts bing cherries and cranberries. Mid pallet expresses a spicier tone accompanied with our own hwy 246 garrigue; a potpourri of sage, lavender, and dried rose petal.
