Goa Taco is a "Paratha taco joint". They serve Mexican wraps with Indian paratha bread. One of their more popular items is the Recado Rojo Lamb Shoulder taco. In this taco, lamb shoulder is slowly braised and pumped up with Oaxacan achiote paste. It is splattered with tangy tzatziki sauce and a sweet and sour eggplant salsa. All this is wrapped in a soft and delicious flatbread. Keep an eye out for their grand opening this summer.
